Certification

Arctic Sheet Metal has completed a rigorous "Shop Standards Verification" program.  The SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning National Association) Testing and Research Institute has reviewed the fabrication standards used by Arctic Sheet Metal under a variety of circumstances and found them to meet or exceed the minimum standards published by SMACNA for quality materials and construction standards.  What this means to our customers is that when they hire Arctic Sheet Metal for their custom fabrication projects, they are hiring a Nationally Certified Fabrication Facility in both standards and quality.

Equipment 

At the heart of our operation is our state of the art plasma burner, our six-station-coil-line that possesses 16ga to 26ga capabilities, and our spiral-seam tube former which allows us to form 4" to 54" spiral out of galvanized metal, e.g. metal, aluminum, copper, perforated metal, 304 & 316 stainless, pre-painted metals, and PVS.  These machines increase our ability to efficiently provide our customers with the high level of service and quality they have come to expect from Arctic Sheet Metal.
